Happy with my Embody purchase

I bought an Embody Chair a few weeks ago and had a pretty good experience overall. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, I found it easy to navigate and select the options I wanted. Delivery took about a week, which was reasonable for coming from Germany to New York. The chair arrived well-packaged and was easy to unbox. I opted for a refurbished model, and the quality was impressive; it really looked almost new. I did have a quick question about the lumbar support adjustment, so I contacted customer service. They got back to me the next day with clear instructions, which was helpful. My only minor complaint is that the tracking updates weren't super detailed, but it arrived safely.

Chair for my home office

I finally decided to get a proper office chair for my home setup. Heard good things about DesignCabinet, so I ordered a Mirra 2. It shipped pretty fast, got here in about a week, which was nice. The chair is really comfy, way better than my old one. My back feels a lot better after sitting for hours. The whole process was smooth enough, no big fuss.

Good chair, fast shipping

I ordered an Aeron Classic from DesignCabinet, and it arrived pretty quick, took about 5 days to reach me in California. The chair was in great shape, really comfortable. The assembly was a little tricky with the headrest, but I figured it out.

Decent chair, slight delay

I bought a Verus Chair for my home office. It shipped out fairly quickly, but the tracking info updated slowly, so I wasn't always sure where it was. The chair itself is solid and feels good. It took 4 days to reach Austin. Happy with the purchase overall.

Good value on refurbished Aeron

I was looking for a good deal on an Aeron chair and found a refurbished Aeron Remastered here. The price was great, almost half off a new one. Shipping took about a week to get to Florida, which was a bit longer than I hoped, but it arrived in perfect condition. For the savings, it was definitely worth the wait.

Good chair, fast shipping

Bought a refurbished Aeron Chair. Arrived quickly, took about 3 days to get to Berlin. Chair was in great shape, very comfortable. Happy with the purchase.

Reliable for Herman Miller

This was my third time buying from DesignCabinet, got a Mirra 2 chair this time. Like before, the delivery was smooth, and the chair itself was exactly as described, in excellent condition. I've always found their refurbished items to be a good value. I wish they had more options for the Keyn Chair though.

Love my new Embody!

Got an Embody Chair and it's fantastic! Setup was pretty easy, just clicked a few pieces together. It's so comfy for my long work days, really a game changer. The website was simple to use too. I'm already thinking about getting a Sayl Chair for my partner next month. Highly recommend this store!
